T4EC or Technology for Education and the Curriculum is an innovative project that aims to connect local communities by bringing technology focused businesses closer to local schools. Throughout 2016 and 2017, a series of 40 exhibitions will take place in and around London and regions accompanied by an enrichment programme of workshops, presentations and keynote speakers to support the technology focused businesses showcasing their products/equipment/services and resources for schools.

T4EC will be strategically marketed across regional and national media platforms including radio, TV, print and social media campaigns. In addition, direct mail and email marketing will be undertaken, and targeted local and community project collaboration will also take place. As many as 5,000 London based schools and educational establishments will also be contacted directly by the T4EC sales team and followed up with emails.
Over 30 exhibitors are expected at every event. Their businesses will focus on ICT in education and be relevant to the target audience of educational decision makers attending the shows. We welcome a diverse cross section of companies and organisations and will limit numbers so that different businesses are fairly represented. Should businesses be keen to exhibit at every event, exclusivity can be negotiated along with Sponsorship or Partnership agreements. For more information look at our Exhibitor page or contact Andrianne on: 0203 667 1499 to discuss how to become a Sponsor or Partner of T4EC.
For a full price and package list of stands and costs, please go to our Exhibitor page where a comprehensive information document is available.
Companies who provide associated products and services for schools should contact the T4EC team to see whether their company profile ‘fits’ the exhibition focus.
The 40 T4EC events will take place at various locations in and around London at schools, academies, universities and other large venues. For specific event information or to see where your nearest exhibition will be held and when, visit our website or call: 0203 667 1499.
All venues are easily accessible via car or public transport and in most cases will offer onsite parking, however, this will vary depending on the specific location, eg, central London. All exhibitors and attendees will be sent a full information pack when their place is confirmed.
The enrichment programme is carefully designed to offer the delegates a valuable educational experience which will inform, engage and inspire. The content is specifically designed to provide valid and useful information to the audience on topics and themes related to technology and education and will contribute towards teachers’ CPD accreditation. Therefore guest speakers and presenters will have pre-arranged the themes and topics of workshops, presentations and keynotes with the organisers in advance.
There are a limited number of keynote speeches available, 3 per exhibition and each lasting 10 minutes. The Keynotes are not sales pitches. To discuss participating in the enrichment programme call us on: 0203 667 1499.
We have chosen our venues with accessibility in mind, however in the unlikely event that a venue does not have appropriate access we will inform you of this when you book your tickets or stand. Please ensure the registration forms are filled in carefully should you require any special needs ahead of the show.
Light refreshments and snacks will be available at every exhibition free of charge. All venues will offer cloak room facilities but any personal items are left entirely at owners’ risk and not the responsibility of T4EC management.
T4EC is an educational IT trade event for those working in education. There are no facilities for children at the exhibition.
